You're Halfway There!!

If you are a teacher in this area, you only have to make it one more day. For the rest of us we have two more days left before our weekend starts. What will you be doing this weekend? Do you have any plans for some "me time"? Self-care is so important, and probably one of the things we forget the most. Make it a goal that you will practice self-care no matter what. What are some ways that you practice self-care? I like to soak in a hot tub, with only the dimmer on and just relax. Sometimes I listen to my audible book, sometimes music and at other times I will watch Hulu or Netflix. Other things can be mani/pedi, a massage, or just putting on some sweats and plopping down on the couch and doing nothing. Self-care is a great way of not allowing yourself to get overwhelmed and it helps you manage your stress levels. So take some time for you so you can be refreshed for the rest of your week.
