Brand New You Counseling was founded in 2015 by Thia with a clear and compassionate vision: to create a safe space where healing begins and stories are honored. From its inception, the practice was designed to be a place where individuals can show up as they are, speak freely, and be met without judgment.

The name Brand New You was born from a powerful belief. Rather than “finding” oneself, true growth comes from becoming the person you envision yourself to be.
