Mental Illness Awareness Week

Happy Monday! This week we focus on our mental health, if only we would seek out help for our minds the way we do for our bodies. Unfortunately there is still a stigma associated with mental illness, and for this reason many don't get the help they need. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, hurt, pain, fear that is prohibiting you for functioning, then please seek help. It's okay, there are hundreds upon hundreds of mental health professionals that are waiting to help you. Please get help, don't worry about what people will say, because they will be talking anyway. You can feel better, you can get help and shut off the thoughts that keep coming, you can feel happy, you can feel calm, you can be confident in who you are! Take the step and make a call, it will change your life for the better.
