School is out, and the summer has officially started! Today is a great day for reflections. A time to look back over your life and to find areas you can improve in. I have a list! Journaling is a great way to find patterns in your life, behaviors that we keep reproducing as well as troubles in our life. Some things I journal about are, spirituality, what I eat, who made me mad and why it made me mad, new projects, bucket list, things I would like to do, etc. Journaling can lift burdens by simply getting your hurts, fears, and things that you internalize out of your mind and onto paper. Take advantage of your down time, re-creating yourself is a fun and insightful journey.
