Grateful & Thankful

Starting off the work week with gratitude. What do you have to be thankful for. Many times we allow the negative to cover up all the positive we have in our life. We can have 100 positive things and one negative and we allow that one negative to control our day. So today let's start off with what we are grateful for. How many things can you list?

Throughout the week when you have a low moment reflect on what you are grateful for and see if that will lift your mood. Forget about what's wrong and take a moment to focus on what is right in your life.

I am thankful for being alive today, for having shelter and food, transportation, a loving family, a career, great friends and really, I good go on and on about what I am thankful for. God has done so much for me, like the song says, "I cannot tell it all"!
