Has your day-to-day become overwhelming? Are you feeling lost along the path of life and unsure what to do next? I believe that we have what it takes to take back control and make our lives the best we can. However, sometimes we need some help making sense of things, and that is where I come in. I believe that with a trusting relationship and a willingness to examine all parts of ourselves, we can begin to find the answers we seek. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, I will work with you to help identify potentially problematic thinking patterns that may be holding you back.
I graduated with a master's from Sam Houson State University with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018, with a bachelor's in Psychology, 2015. I have experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, poor boundaries, anger, grief, and substance abuse. I have also worked with individuals diagnosed with major depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorders.
